Colin Low

Colin Low (Lord Low of Dalston, CBE), blind since the age of three, with a background in law and disability theory and experience of serving on the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal, has been a lifelong campaigner for the rights of blind and disabled people.

He is a Vice-President of the Royal National Institute of Blind People; is President of the International Council for Education of People with Visual Impairment; and has undertaken important roles in a wide range of other organisations, including the Disability Rights Commission.
